Position Overview: As a Retail Sales Team Member at Commonwealth Nutrition, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and promoting our wide range of products. You will engage with customers to understand their needs, provide knowledgeable guidance, and ensure they find the right solutions for their health goals.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in finding products that meet their nutritional needs and goals.
- Provide personalized advice and recommendations based on customer inquiries.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment to showcase products effectively.
- Process transactions accurately using our point-of-sale system.
- Participate in ongoing product training and education to stay informed about the latest supplements and health trends.
- Contribute to team efforts to achieve sales goals and targets.
- Uphold company standards for customer service excellence.

Qualifications:
- Previous retail sales experience preferred, but not required.
- Passion for health, wellness, and helping others achieve their goals.
